MedPoint Urgent Care sites add mobile triage units

Beacon Health's MedPoint Urgent Care sites now have temporary mobile triage units at the Granger, South Bend and Elkhart locations.
The mobile sites are converted fifth-wheel trailers with air exhaust systems.
Beacon says the mobile units will help keep patients with respiratory symptoms and illnesses separate from other patients.
MedPoint locations include:
- MedPoint Urgent Care Main Street, 6913 N. Main St., Granger
- MedPoint Urgent Care Ireland Road, 1815 E. Ireland Road, South Bend
- MedPoint Urgent Care Elkhart, 3301 County Road 6 East, Elkhart
- Patients with other illnesses or injuries will be directed inside MedPoint.
