Beacon Health's MedPoint Urgent Care sites now have temporary mobile triage units at the Granger, South Bend and Elkhart locations.

The mobile sites are converted fifth-wheel trailers with air exhaust systems.

Beacon says the mobile units will help keep patients with respiratory symptoms and illnesses separate from other patients.

MedPoint locations include:

• MedPoint Urgent Care Main Street, 6913 N. Main St., Granger
• MedPoint Urgent Care Ireland Road, 1815 E. Ireland Road, South Bend
• MedPoint Urgent Care Elkhart, 3301 County Road 6 East, Elkhart
• Patients with other illnesses or injuries will be directed inside MedPoint.
