MICHIGAN -- A bill that would ban the sale of synthetic marijuana is on its way to Governor Rick Snyder's desk.
The chemical substance is sold under names like Spice, Mr. Smiley and K-2. They have been blamed for health problems and violent behavior. The substances have been banned in at least 40 states, including Indiana.
