Moms taking antianxiety medications

The pressure to be a perfect mom is everywhere and now a growing number of moms are turning to antidepressants and antianxiety medications.

Some moms say they suffer from paralyzing panic attacks about their kids so the pills help ward off those overwhelming sensations.

But because of the addictive nature of the pills some moms have trouble weaning themselves off the drugs.

"I think mothers should be thinking of it as, I'm going through a hard time and I'm going to use medication to get me through this. It shouldn't be a forever kind of idea," said Anne-Marie Lindsey, takes antianxiety medication.

Experts say medication can be a good thing but only under a doctor's supervision.
