Indiana is already well into early voting, with the midterms about three weeks away.
But is there a better way for voters to choose the best candidates?
Better Ballot Indiana is a non-profit advocating for the adoption of ranked-choice voting. It's a system where, instead of choose a single candidate, voters rank candidates in order of their preference.
Better Ballot Indiana conducted a survey of the 2022 candidates in Indiana on whether they would support RCV. 51 answered, with more than half of responders saying they would support legislation bringing RCV to the Hoosier State.
ABC57 Anchor Tim Spears talked to Jason Torpy with Better Ballot Indiana about RCV and what it could mean for Hoosier politics.
