HOLLYWOOD HILLS, Fla. – The aftermath of Irma has one nursing home facing a lawsuit in a patients' death.
Eight elderly patients died at the rehabilitation center in Hollywood Hills, days after storm hit.
Patients were forced into hallways after the facility lost air conditioning and power.
But the lawsuit is from a family of one of the survivors, Rose Cabrera.
The family is blaming the center for negligence and seeking damages for her distress and medical expenses.
The cause of deaths is still under investigation.
