Oklahoma tornado victims deal with stress

MOORE, Okla. -- Experts are encouraging tornado victims in Oklahoma to seek help.

Since the tornado hit Moore several elementary teachers have been helping with the cleanup and rebuilding efforts.

They say it is therapeutic but that the memories of the day are never far from the minds.

"Replaying it all again in your head over and over again and it's not going away," said Megan Moreno, teacher. "And there is some guilt, knowing I was not at the school at the time to be able to help out the kids."

More than 400 people with counseling backgrounds stepped up to volunteer.
