Parnell Martin admits to some of the 'sextortion' charges

NILES, Mich. -- Parnell Martin was sentenced to 60 days with 22 served after pleading guilty to contempt of court for having contact with Martise Washington.
He then plead guilty to some of the charges in the "sextortion" case. He admitted to receiving oral sex from the victim in exchange for not posting her sex tape on Facebook.
As part of the plea agreement, he will testify against the other defendants. One of them, Martell Miller, will be in court on Friday.
He will be sentenced on Jan. 9, 2012.
