Police respond to stand-off early Friday morning

SOUTH BEND, Ind. — Police in South Bend surrounded a home on Studebaker Street during a stand-off early Friday morning.
Police had the entire area blocked off. And the SWAT team was also there.
According to police, the stand-off started with an assault and then a woman refused to come out of her home.
