PORTLAND, Ore. -- We can get pulled over for a lot of reasons, but one woman in Oregon was cited because of who was riding shotgun.
She had a giant teddy bear, seatbelt and all, in the passenger seat as she drove in the HOV lane.
She said she was in the lane, just trying to pass a few cars, but was caught in the process.
"I turn and see a motorcycle cop. I have this huge smile on my face, and I'm like, "Yep, I'm getting a ticket right now,"' said Scarlett Zibritovsky.
The ticket was $260.
