Overall flooding stays well below flood stage for most rivers, mostly nuisance standing water in areas that typically flood. Temperatures drop from the 50s into 20s and teens Friday. The forecast stays cold through the weekend.
Tonight: Rain increasing by morning, low of 38.
Thursday: Rainy, high of 54.
Friday: Cold, temperatures falling from 20, chance of snow showers.
Saturday: Cold and sunny, high of 22.
