SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- ABC 57 News has discovered new details in the telephone recording scandal that rocked the city of South Bend earlier this year.
As the city mulls over how to deal with several potential lawsuits, the Common Council is getting its own advice.
They have chosen a law firm -- May, Oberfell, Lorber -- in hopes of learning if they can get access to the tapes and if they can listen to them.
ABC 57's Jason Aubry reports.
