Sniadecki censured by school board members

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend School Board member William Sniadecki was censured at a meeting late Friday afternoon.
Even though many people attended the meeting to support Sniadecki, the board felt he had violated its rules too many times.
Board President Roger Parent says Sniadecki's misbehavior goes back years and includes lying and bullying.
