- Use of Force Committee
- Defensive Tactics Instructors/Training Division
- Internal Affairs
- Command Staff
According to officers in the released video, Perry was not the person they were looking for and the incident was a "misunderstanding".
Perry's attorney told ABC57 News he hopes to get the felony resisting arrest and marijuana possession charges against him thrown out.
They also plan to sue the police department and the city.
