SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend Schools Athletics announced it has entered a new partnership with Under Armour, which will become the exclusive supplier of athletic gear for all high school sports teams.

Athletics officials say every team will wear Under Armour uniforms and jerseys. 

"We see this partnership as a major step forward for our programs and student-athletes,” said Milt Lee, Director of Community Programs and K-12 Athletics. “We’re thrilled to have this unique opportunity. Under Armour is not only a leader in innovative sports apparel, but their dedication to excellence really resonates with our drive to be among the best athletic programs in the area.”

Officials say the collaboration will begin with the upcoming basketball season, during which Under Armour will provide uniforms for varsity basketball teams at no cost.
