Terry Sturgis expected back in court

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The man who police say beat and killed his own son is expected back in court.
Just last week, lawyers for Terry Sturgis withdrew his insanity plea. They asked the judge to drop two of the 14 counts against the South Bend father.
Thursday they’ll find out if those charges will be dismissed.
His hearing starts at 1:30 in the afternoon.
