Thieves steal ladders from project site

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The 933 mural project has been put on hold.
The volunteers have had halt work after someone took off with nearly $700 worth of ladders from the project's site.
The work had been going very well since the artists started beautifying the bridge earlier this summer. This is the first problem that has come up.
Project organizers are now looking for people who would be willing to donate ladders so they can continue the project.
