CASSOPOLIS, Mich. -- Cass County Sheriff's Office responded to a single-vehicle crash on Rudy Road around 11 p.m. on July 12. 

20-year-old, Ethan Foster, was traveling northbound on Rudy Road before losing control of the vehicle and striking a tree. 

Foster had two passengers in the vehicle, including a juvenile, all of whom were able to exit the vehicle on their own. 

All passengers were transported to South Bend Memorial Hospital for injuries sustained in the crash.

All occupants were wearing seatbelts.

The question of alcohol or other intoxicants being a factor in the crash is currently under investigation.
