Warsaw teacher charged with sexual misconduct

WARSAW, Ind. -- A Warsaw teacher has been formally charged with sexual misconduct with a minor.
Tyler Baatz, 26, appeared in court on Thursday for the first time.
He pleaded not guilty.
Baatz is accused of having a sexual relationship with one of his former students, a 14-year-old girl.
He will be back in court on Sept. 15 for a status hearing.
