WEB EXTRA: Body camera footage from Hassel murder investigation

At approximately 11 p.m. on New Year's Eve 2018, Kemia Hassel called 9-1-1 to report her husband, Tyrone Hassel III, had been shot.

Law enforcement from multiple agencies responded to the scene, along with EMS.

Tyrone was loaded onto a stretcher and transported to the hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.

As part of Freedom of Information Act, ABC57 obtained nearly 6 hours of video from body cameras on responding officers.

We cut down the video to show the first moments officers arrived as well as the information Kemia gave police in those first moments.

Kemia was later convicted at trial of murder and conspiracy for convincing her lover, Jeremy Cuellar, to kill her husband, Tyrone.
