A video out of New York shows a 14-year-old girl dangling and falling from the 'Sky Ride' at Six Flags Great Escape in Lake George.

A witness, Loren Lent, says the girl was hanging from a chair by just her arms and head.

The girl's friend screamed that the bar on the chair was choking her. 

That's when several bystanders jumped into action.
