Warming trend continues through next week
A thaw for Valentine’s Day. Temperatures already start near 32 degrees Thursday morning, warming into the mid-40s by the afternoon. Clouds increase through the day with rain likely by the evening. There’s a sharp drop in temperatures Thursday night into Friday and rain quickly changes to sleet and snow. Slick conditions are possible early Friday but severe icing is not expected.
