SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- An investigation is underway into an officer-involved shooting in South Bend.

South Bend Police Department officials confirm it happened at the Phillips 66 gas station off Portage Avenue. Dispatchers tell us the call came in at 3:12 p.m. Multiple agencies are on the scene, including SBPD, the St. Joseph County Police Department, and the Indiana State Police.

At this time, there are no additional details, including the victim or the extent of their injuries.
