Benton Harbor, Ind. -- Southwest Michigan (SWMI) Indivisible hosted a rally Fri. afternoon at the Veterans Administration (VA) Office in Benton Harbor, commemorating the WWII D-Day invasion, as well as speaking out against possible cuts to the government programs at the VA.
“The people that are out here are saying, ‘we’re doing this for our children, we’re doing this for our grandchildren, because we’ve had the best of America. We want you to have the best of America,” said Denise McGowan Tracy, a committee member with SWMI Indivisible.
