Downtown South Bend celebrates July First Fridays with ‘Urban Picnic’
SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Downtown South Bend is shutting down a block of Michigan Street for July’s First Fridays event, Urban Picnic.
On July 2, guests are invited to grab takeout from their favorite downtown restaurant and head to the 200 block of S. Michigan Street for a night of live music, vendors, Studebaker cars, and more.
Attendees can sip on beer from Chicory Café and listen to live music from The American Hotel System from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The night wraps up with a free comedy show by The Drop Comedy Club from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. The comedy show is best suited for mature audiences.
