Nappanee NAPPANEE, Ind. -- Nappanee Parks and Rec with Nappanee Tree board are hosting a coloring contest to help celebrate and raise awareness for Earth Day and Arbor Day.
The event is free and open to anyone in the community to participate. One entry is allowed per person, due by May 1, and you can enter to win potential prizes.
