MARSHALL COUNTY -- A 37-year-old man was arrested after Marshall County deputies observed him pulling two vehicles daisy-chained to his vehicle on US 31.

The driver, Miguel G. Lopez-Navarrette, was charged with Criminal Recklessness and given several citations for safety and traffic violations.

Around 7:09 p.m. on Jan. 28, Marshall County deputies on a routine patrol said they witnessed a vehicle daisy-chained to two other vehicles driving south on US 31.

According to the Marshall County Sheriff's Department, the vehicle pulling the others had no front headlights or rear marker lights, so the deputies performed a traffic stop.

Lopez-Navarrette was given a bond of $505.
