Mishawaka Habitat for Humanity home blessed

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- One family has a home to call their own, thanks to the kindness and hard work of several Notre Dame students.

The Notre Dame students celebrated Saturday with the house blessings ceremony for its newest Habitat for Humanity house.

Toby and Starla Cole and their two children will move in next month.

They say they're excited to get the keys but thankful for the help from volunteers.

"We're ecstatic, we can't believe that we're actually gonna be in our own home...you learn how to build a home all the way through, how to take care of it, how to manage it, and boy does it help," says Toby Cole.

This house marks the eighteenth for the Habitat for Humanity chapter.
