October 22 is the deadline to request an absentee ballot in Indiana

INDIANAPOLIS—The deadline for Hoosiers to request an absentee ballot for the 2020 General Election in October 22.

All requests for an absentee ballot must be received by the county clerk’s office no later than Thursday, October 22.

According to the Secretary of State's Office, 547,268 absentee-by-mail ballots have been requested statewide as of Wednesday.

Registered voters can request an absentee ballot on the state’s website.
