Summer Concert Series brings tunes to Potawatomi Park
Project Blizzard is the latest in-school weather education program from the First Warning Neighborhood Weather Team. Similar to Project Tornado in the spring, Project Blizzard focuses on the science of winter weather.
How do snowflakes form? What causes lake effect snow? What is the wind chill? We cover these topics and more.
The program works with academic standards for math and science and expands on lesson plans that are already in the classroom.
This November we'll be visiting 30 schools in Michiana. If you'd like to register your school for the program email [email protected]
