MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- After Jackie Walorski's tragic death her district 2 seat is left to be filled by one of the 14 republicans running in the special election.
Caucuses will begin at Grissom Middle School on Saturday.
Each of the candidates are allowed three minutes to speak about their policies.
The nominee for the general election and the special election will be decided through two votes, but if one candidate is not able to earn more than half of the votes the candidate with the least number of votes will be dropped.
Candidate Rudy Yakym has been endorsed by Jackie's husband, and her mother.
The voting will be livestreamed on ABC 57's Facebook.
